REFUND POLICY  

Products purchased that are software, downloadable or labor related are NOT refundable since they are already supplied.
  
Website Refund Policy
 
Business In The Black build and installs software on a server in the clients own name at the time of website construction. Labor for installation of software and modules are not refundable for the labor is performed already.
 
There are three things that are charged for and can be refunded before they are performed or purchased in case of hosting:
 
1 - Hosting can be refunded ($99) if we get the request before we purchase it in your name. If you would like a refund from hosting you will have to contact the hosting company we used or you had already for your website BIB built for you.
 
2 - CMS software installation and setup cost $100 - $200 and can only be refunded if you contact us before the installation process.
 
3 - Any modules like eCommerce / shopping carts or other features once installed cannot be refunded since the work is performed already.
 
4 - Training is Free every Thursday at 7pm to 9pm at the main office, but any other training paid for and not taken can be refunded at $35 an hour.
 
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
 
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
